Syllabus
1. Field research in wetland environments.
2. Taking of samples, the possibilities of preliminary identification of algae and cyanobacteria in the field.
3. Measuring of principle ecological parameters.
4. The evaluation of natural samples.
5. Species determination, processing of samples for biodiversity research.
6. Statistical analyses of obtained data sets.
7. Presentation.
Annotation
Phycological field excursion at interesting localities followed by the determination of natural samples. The excursion usually takes place the third week in June, from Wednesday to Sunday.
