Annotation
The goal of the practicum is to acquaint students with all principal structures of a plant cell. Participants of the course will visualise plant cell structures in a model plant cell using non-invasive methods.
In vivo methods that enable to study the dynamics of plant cell structures will be used in particular. Participants of the practicum will use advanced microscopic techniques including epifluorescence and confocal laser scanning microscopes
