Syllabus:
In 4 blocks, we follow selected chapters form the life cycle of Arabidopsis thalina and Nicotiana tabacum. Students of MB130C72 select two blocks from these: Block 1: Hormonal regulation of plant development - Jan Petrášek Block 2: Male and female gametophyte development - Alena Náprstková, Peter Darivčák Block 3: Leaf morphogenesis, phenotyping - Jan Martinek
Block 4: Heretabillity, embryogenesis, transcriptional regulation of plant developnent - Jiří Libus
Annotation
Laboratory classes for teaching combinations. They complement the lecture course on Plant Growth and Development MB130P78 (David Honys a kol.), but the enrolment is independent. Classes are organized in 2 blocks, 6h each during winter semester.
For getting credits, complete attendance and protocols are obligatory.
