2. Rostlinná buňka - obecné a specifické charakteristiky. Endomembránový systém rostlinné buňky, vakuoly, plastidy, buněčná stěna. Dělení, růst a diferenciace rostlinné buňky
3. Rostlinná pletiva, jejich definice a klasifikace
4. Jednoduchá pletiva - parenchym, kolenchym a sklerenchym, struktura a funkce
5. Meristémy, význam meristémů pro přisedlý organismus, klasifikace meristémů, jejich struktura a funkce
6. Vodivá pletiva - xylém a floém, evoluce, struktura a funkce, ontogenetický vývoj
7. Struktura a funkce kořene
8. Struktura a funkce listu
9. Struktura a funkce stonku
10. Sekundární růst rostlinných orgánů.
11. Generativní orgány - střídání generací u semenných rostlin, vývoj samčího a samičího gametofytu, průběh opylení a oplození, embryogeneze
Annotation
Basic course on plant anatomy showing the principles of the structure of plant cells, tissues and organs (vegetative and generative). The relationships between structure and function, between structure and environment and the development of plant structure are emphasised.
