Syllabus
První část : Morfologie jednotlivých buněk během buněčného cyklu a buněčné organely (jádro, polytenní chromozómy, Golgiho aparát, cytoskelet atd.). Druhá část: Typy tkání (epitely, pojiva, svalová a nervová tkáň).
Demonstrace trvalých preparátů obarvených rozličnými histologickými barvicími technikami. Třetí část: Živé buňky - supravitální barvení, živé buňky ve fluorescenčním mikroskopu. Čtvrtá část: Rostlinné buňky a pletiva.
Annotation
Cell biology - practical course demonstrates differentstructure and morphology of the animal and plant cells, as well as complexityof tissue arrangement. At the same time, it further develops the student's abilityto work with light and fluorescent microscopes.
The practical course runs as fourhalf-day sections. It is a suitable complement to lectures B150P31 and B150P73.Thespecific dates of the practical course are not shown in SIS but will be offeredin the Moodle system at the beginning of the winter semester.
