- SDS PAGE, one- and two dimensional separations, gel staining - Coomassie blue, silver salts and fluorescent dyes .
- Scanning and image analysis of gels a gel sets.
- Selection and spot-picking, tryptic digestion and peptide extraction
- Peptide mixture analysis by MS, protein identification. Database searching. Peptide fingerprinting and sequence tags. (MS and MS/MS analysis).
