Annotation

The lectures are given in Czech language. English version of the course can be requested in advance if there are at least 3 students.

Molecular ecology and applied population genetics: sequences and microsatellites as a major tool in molecular ecology, paternity analysis, population genetics, inbreeding, phylogeography, mitochondrial DNA, hybridization, hybrid zones, MHC of wild animals, conservation genetics, genetic history of human species, demonstration of molecular ecology computer programs.
