This course is taught in English for Erasmus students and is a basic introduction to the spectrometric methods useful in analytical chemistry. Lectures presented in English contain basic information about the following areas: X-ray spectrometry, atomic absorption, and emission techniques, molecular absorption in UV, VIS, and IR regions, molecular fluorescence, and nuclear magnetic resonance. Individual topics are briefly characterized in the syllabus. All topics are completed with theoretical principles, instrumentation, and practical utilization, mainly in analytical chemistry.
