The aim of the practical course is to familiarize students with the basic laboratory techniques used in the biochemical laboratory. Groundwork in weighing, work with automatical pipetts, preparation of solutions, measurement of pH, UV/VIS spectrophotometry, chromatography, centrifugation, organisation of the work in the biochemical laboratory.
