Methods used for characterization of proteins; sources of heterogeneity of protein samples, determination of proteins, Structure of proteins: determination of tertiary structure. Chemical modification of proteins, modification in vivo. Affinity techniques in separation of proteins and in characterization of binding properties of proteins.
