Syllabus
Cílem praktika z organické chemie je zvládnutí laboratorní techniky a metodiky práce v organické laboratoři. Syntetické úlohy jsou voleny tak,aby se posluchač seznámil se základními chemickými operacemi, získal informace o přípravě a vlastnostech organických sloučenin a doplnil si tak teoretické znalosti z přednášek z organické chemie. Náplň praktika: 1. Základní operace v organické laboratoři: izolační postupy, sušení rozpouštědel, čistící operace, sledování průběhu reakcí, chromatografické metody 2. Seznámení se s bezpečností práce a první pomocí v laboratoři organické chemie 3. Používaná laboratorní technika: stavba aparatury, míchání, zahřívání, chlazení, práce za sníženého tlaku - rotační vakuová odparka, práce za nepřístupu vlhkosti a v inertní atmosféře 6. Čistící a izolační postupy : filtrace za normálního a sníženého tlaku, promývání sraženin versus krystalických látek, extrakce a roztřepávání za podmínek acidobazické substituční reakce, sušení pevných látek, sušení kapalin, postup krystalizace organických sloučenin 7. Destilace: jednoduchá destlilace, azeotropická destilace, destilace za sníženého tlaku 8. Chromatografie na tenké vrstvě a sloupcová chromatografie 9. Vedení pracovních protokolů

Annotation
The basic practice of organic chemistry have the task to teach students the basics of laboratory techniques and methodology of work in the organic laboratory. Synthetic tasks are chosen so that the students are acquainted with basic chemical operations, and to obtain information on the preparation and properties of organic compounds. Students thus have to supplement the theoretical knowledge from the lectures of organic chemistry. Filling the practice :
1. Basic operations in organic laboratory: procedures of isolation organic substances; clearing operations; monitoring the progress of reactions; chromatographic methods
2. Work safety and first aid in the organic laboratory.
3. Laboratory technique : the construction of the apparatus for chemical reaction; mixing; heating; cooling; work under reduced pressure in an inert atmosphere, and if protected from humidity
4. Cleaning and isolation procedures : filtration; washing; extraction and roztřepávání; drtiny of solids and liquids; crystallization
5. Distillation : simple distillation; distillation under reduced pressure; mastering the work with the rotary vacuum evaporator
6. Thin layer chromatography .
7. The leadership of the working of the protocol.
