This course introduces legal regulations which control geological and mining activities, the management and the protection in the environmental field. General legal awareness of relationships among state administration, people and institutions, as well as administrative procedures takes part of the subject.
The course is obligatory for students of the bachelor’s study of Management of Natural Resources.
