Annotation
During the excursion students will learn about key aspects of plant breeding and other aspects of agricultural, forestry and fishery production. The program includes a visit to an organic farm, hatchery, Potato Research Institute, UKZUZ station, comparison of glade forest with continual cover forestry, introduction to culinary use of some agricultural products, especially potatoes and wine.
