Annotation
In this course, students will learn the basic trends in the development of geographical thought and the history of geography (in the Czech Republic and abroad); they will gain an overview of research activities in contemporary geography, Czech and international organizational structures, the most important Czech and international journals and publications. The seminar is focused on finding relevant scientific resources, processing, presentation and discussion of selected scientific topics, acquiring citation ethics.
At the same time, the level of knowledge of world topography is practiced and unified.
