Regionální geografie Kanady Kurs zahrnuje: Přehled fyzicko-geografických charakteristik Kanady. Diskutovány jsou environmentální problémy, vývoj a změny land use, socioekonomické aktivity a jejich vliv na životní prostředí.

Annotation

Course includes a overview of the physical and environmental patterns of Canada with reference to the significance for natural resources, their sustainable development, land use and human occupancies. The focus of the course will be on specific regions of Canada: The Maritime provinces, Quebec, Ontario, The Prairie provinces, British Columbia, The northern territories. For each region the themes will include: Physical and geographical characteristic and emergence of the socio-economic.

Selected issues and problems of importance and relevance are discussed. Lectures are in Czech language.
