Syllabus
Group of lectures, exercises and excursions covers following topics: Methods of the preparation of semiconductors. Electrical and optical methods of the characterization of solid-state materials, mainly semiconductors.
Some excursions proceed in the form of excursion to the external research institutions in Prague.
Annotation
Basic characterization methods used in optics and optoelectronics. On the subject involved several teachers.
Practical parts are directly connected with individual lectures and they are rather demonstrative character.
