1) Measurements of fluorescence lifetimes in the frequency domain

2) Measurements of fluorescence lifetimes and fluorescence anisotropies in the time domain

3) FLIM

4) Spectral FLIM

5) FAIM

6) Two photon FLIM/FAIM

7) Basics of FCS

8) FLuorescence quenching

9) Parametric data analysis in the time domain

10) Parametric data analysis in the frequency domain

11) Data analysis by MEM

Annotation

Practical training of basic and advanced experimental methods of fluorescence spectroscopy including data analysis. Time resolved methods in both time and frequency domains, FLIM FCCS, FAIM, multiphoton microscopy, etc. Students choose 4 problems from the offered list.

The course is recommended for master and doctoral students.
