1) Basics of convective storm meteorology and terminology, structure and development of convective storms. Supercells and multicells, mesoscale convective systems.

2) Dangerous phenomena connected with severe convection. Severe convective storms and tornadoes in Central Europe region. European Severe Weather Database.

3) Satellite observations of severe convective storms, various storm-top features and characteristrics and their applicability in storm nowcasting.

4) Weather radar observations of severe convective storms, utilization of radar characteristics and features of convective storms for their nowcasting.

5) Forecasting of strong convective events.

6) Modeling convection storms.
