Seminar in descriptive geometry I

Class at Faculty of Mathematics and Physics |
NMTD203

Syllabus

Problems which practise spatial imagination. Interesting planimetric problems (mainly on conics).

Problems solved in orthogonal projection onto the horizontal plane and in Monge projection, especially those that require first and foremost inventing the spatial principle of solution.

Annotation

Future teachers return (at a higher level) to the issues that were presented mainly in the subject of Descriptive Geometry I. They broaden their knowledge and reveal connections between principles of projections.

They also improve the professional expression and meet the possibilities of enriching teaching descriptive geometry using games.
