Syllabus

Athletics as a natural movement base and means of increasing the level of health-oriented fitness. Basics of running techniques, athletic alphabet, rebound training, acceleration and start training using athletic movement games.

High jump - rebound training, rough flop training. Long jump - rebound training - multi jumps, high jump, jumps from start-ups, from rebound area to zones, training techniques.

Throw the ball at the target and at a distance. Endurance Running.

Credit requirements - active participation, test from the rules of athletics.

Annotation

Basic athletics skills. Techniques and methodology of basic athletic disciplines for children in elementary schools- running ( short and long distance),long jump, throw ball.

Basic rules of those disciplines.
