Basics orienteering. Fundamentals of walking, cycling and white water.
Traffic safety. Methods and procedures for the use of each activity in a group of primary school children.
Principles of safety, preparation and organization of school trips.

Time spent in nature, exercises, games and hiking. Sports to be exercised in nature: softball,ringo,korfball,frisbee.
