During the semester, the student will master the treatment of the terms Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, Symbolism, Art Nouveau, Fauvism, Cubism, Orphism, Abstraction, Russian Avant-Garde, Dadaism, Surrealism, Neoclassicism, New Objectivity, Geometric Abstraction, Action Painting, Tashism, Informel and their interpretation.

A fully illustrative picture of 20th century art changes in the interrelationships of artistic species in the socio-historical panorama of the era and with an interpretation of the understanding of changing concepts of art. From artistic avant-garde to insight into various forms of contemporary art.
