To develop students' communicative competence within the frame of selected themes which will include, in the course of 4 semesters, all conversationaI themes of common topics concerning social sciences. To deepen work with texts ofvarious types, approach to a text, studying, understanding and reproducing it.
Working with audiotapes and videotapes, understanding, analyzing and reproducing materials. Speaking, writing, translation, reproduction, summary.
Revising selected grammatical items with the help of texts and of the second part of the French method Panorama (parts focusing on communicative competence) in order to make smooth the transition to parts 3 and 4 in Ana1ysis V and VI.
