Annotation
One of the most interesting periods of German Literature that hold its fascination also for the reader of today: The Wiener Moderne, the Jewish Literature, the Literature during the time of National Socialism, the German Exile Literature, the Literature of the World War I and World War II years, the commencement of the Literature of the German Democratic Republic. It is the aim of the seminar to make students familiar with the literary branches and temporal backgrounds in the European context.
