Syllabus

The aim of the course is to equip students with relevant knowledge and competence in the field of electricity, electrical circuit analysis principles and their application to specific circuits including numerical solutions in the following thematic areas: magnetic and electromagnetic field (principles, values, relationships, elements, application) digital technology (elementary gates and structures, sequential and combinational circuits, integrated circuits and application examples), basic properties and uses of selected semiconductor devices (operational amplifiers, A/D and D/A converters, multi-layered elements), electrical circuits and modules, applied electronics (functions and selected examples of passive and active electronic circuits, modules and devices, sensors and detectors, electric actuators, single-chip microcomputers, voltage and current sources, electrical kits, remote laboratories), measurement of electrical variables, signal generators, production and distribution of electricity, applications for electrical calculations and visualization.

Annotation

The course is intended for students of Information Technology in Education - single bachelor's degree. The purpose of the subject Electronics and Electrical II is to deepen students' knowledge in the field of of electrical engineering, including digital technology with regard to the possibilities of application in the educational sphere.

Themes of the course are the magnetic and electromagnetic fields, the selected digital respectively. hybrid circuits, functions and use of electronic and electrical components, circuits and applications, including household appliances, production and distribution of electricity, measurement of electrical quantities. Besides the theoretical part of the course topics is also an exercise in which students solve examples from the field.
