Annotation
The course is devoted to reading texts from the period of philosophical thinking focused on existence. The analysis of Jasper's text "The Spiritual Situation of the Time" is the introductory chapter of this course, where the author critically cope with the tendencies of time, massiveness and leveling in the global scale of culture.
Interpretation and reading at the seminar will focus on clarifying Jasper's philosophical ideas on the rise of humanity and transcendence as a challenge to freedom and openness.
