The course reveals possible cause of adolescent criminality and current strategy of adolescent criminality prevention. It is based on the violence phenomenon.
It deals with issues of inheritability and predetermined delinquent behavior of children caused by family, school, peer groups, subcultures or media. Moreover, it explores current development of adolescent criminality in the Czech Republic and in other countries, ways of intervention and programs of primary prevention.
