Annotation
The course deals with vocabulary, its development and stratification. It focuses in detail on types of word formation and appellations, borrowing words into Russian language.
The second part of the course/subject is devoted to the division of vocabulary according its origin, i.e. from the territorial, social, stylistic and historical viewpoints. It contains also basic knowledge about Russian phraseology, lexicography and the Russian corpus.
