- konstituovat osobitý učitelský přístup jednotlivých studentů (individuální vnitřní model žádoucích pedagogických kompetencí)- připravit, zrealizovat a zreflektovat vlastní tématický celek či projekt (vzdělávací práci v rozsahu 1 týdne)- ověřit si začátečnickou učitelskou způsobilost- význam sebereflexe (konfrontace reflexe, vlastní intervence, impulz k individuálním změnám v oblasti profesních dovedností)- hledání vztahu k teorii

Annotation

Interconnect acquired knowledge, skills and independently prepare, implement and evaluate larger sections of educational work (day-to-day management, implementation of thematic unit, project) in pre-school facilities. The aim of the practice is to demonstrate the ability to work independently with preschool children.

The pivotal task of two-week teaching practice is the preparation and implementation of specific sections of educational work and their subsequent reflection with an emphasis on self-reflection. The aim of the practice is to familiarize students with the school educational program and respect the age and individual needs of preschool children.

The content of the practice is to learn how to evaluate the interaction between the teacher and the children and to use the results of the evaluation among the children for the planning and implementation of educational work in pre-school facilities.
