swimming:Mastering basic swimming skills, practice technique swimming strokes - breast, emblem, crawl. Correction of previously fixed bugs.
Practicing jump starting and basic rotations. Games and other activities in the water with a focus on pre-school children.
Familiarization with safety and hygiene principles in teaching swimming.gymnastics:Mastering the techniques and methods of practicing gymnastic skills. Familiarization with appropriate forms of gymnastic exercises for age (floor exercise workout, acrobatics, use of equipment and tools, training helped, music and physical education, gymnastic unit construction, innovative content).
