Konstituování a rozvoj speciální pedagogiky jako vědního oboru s jeho interdisciplinárními vazbami (zejména Čáda, Mauer, Zeman, Sovák), vývojové etapy české speciální pedagogiky. Člověk s postižením a jeho speciální potřeby s důrazem na tradiční a nově přiřazené cílové skupiny v oblasti speciální pedagogiky. Speciálně pedagogické principy a metody.
Integrace a inkluze jako proces.Cílové skupiny speciální pedagogiky a socializace těchto skupin. Činitelé působící ve výchově a vzdělávání znevýhodněných osob. Reflexe vztahu společnosti k znevýhodněným osobám a skupinám.
Přístupy uplatňované v podpoře znevýhodněných osob – a to z hlediska medicínského, právního a pedagogického. Vývoj institucionálního zabezpečení péče o znevýhodněné jedince.
Annotation
The course presents on the level of contemporary knowledge of the history and current direction of concepts of support for people with disabilities and special educational needs. It focuses on the following areas: Constitution and development of special education as a discipline with its interdisciplinary ties.
A person with a disability and special needs with an emphasis on traditional and newly assigned special education target groups. Socialization from a historical perspective.
Integration and inclusion as a process. Legal consciousness and a person with a disadvantage with an emphasis on the development of standards related to upbringing, education and social care.
Discrimination and anti-discrimination. UN Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities.
Non-governmental non-profit organizations as a way to humanize and diversify services for people with disabilities. Palliative care and development of hospice facilities in the Czech Republic.
