Annotation
The management practice focused on the module TPŠM is designed to master and acquire new competences in the field of theory and practice of school management, especially the basic managerial functions and their application in the practice of school managers. Participants learn practically and gain in this way an overview of the application of basic managerial functions - planning, organizing, controlling, decision-making - as well as other areas such as school culture, risk management, globalization in education and managerial ethics in the pedagogical process of the schools visited.
