· získávání a analýza informací ze širšího kontextu (evropské tendence vzdělávání, vzdělávací politika státu a okolních zemí, srovnávací šetření, např. PISA)
· analýza vnějších a vnitřních podmínek ovlivňujících pedagogický proces školy (STEP, SWOT, užití dalších metod)
Prezenční část
· Mise – vize – strategie v kontextu řízení pedagogického procesu
· stanovení prioritní oblasti rozvoje školy v souladu se základními tendencemi vzdělávací politiky s ohledem na regionální i odborná specifika
· identifikace a tvorba různých typů plánů a strategií, pochopení jejich významu a vzájemných souvislostí jako prostředku k zajištění kvalitnější práce pedagogického sboru, podpory nových přístupů, motivace i vzájemné komunikace

· kritická analýza odpovídajícího RVP
· tvorba, implementace a korekce ŠVP
· sestavení koncepce pedagogické práce
· autoevaluace školy
· klima školy
Prezenční část
· evaluace pedagogického procesu, vytvoření systému hospitací na škole, hodnocení výsledků vzdělávání, nastavení kritérií

· monitorování a vyhodnocování kurikula, zohlednění ovlivňujících faktorů

Annotation
The aim of the course is to acquire the basics and orientation in school management, to acquire new competences and information in the field of management of the pedagogical process. The course is aimed at mastering and acquiring new competences in the field of school development strategy and the basic principles of its creation.
The student will be able to set the priorities of school development in accordance with the goals of the school, to prepare an analysis of the school with respect to internal and external determinants, to apply the principles of strategic management to the pedagogical process of the school with respect to new requirements, transformation of the goals and functions of the school in the 21st century. Furthermore, the objectives of the course relate to the acquisition of competences and foundations in the application and conceptual approach in the management of the school as a learning organization in a knowledge society.
The student will gain knowledge and insight into the basic conditions and stages for the implementation of change in the pedagogical process, being able to find relationships and correspondences between these concepts and processes.
