Annotation

The course focuses on getting to know methods of research in mathematics education and local and international research on the topic of the PhD student's work.

By preparing a theoretical background of his/her research, the PhD student shows deep knowledge of the current state of research in the given area, while distinguishing basic research streams from the marginal ones. The theoretical background can become a part of the appropriate chapter of the PhD thesis.
