The starting point of all the reasoning is musical talent - seen as a requirement for interpretation and as an active element in the interpretative process.
The beginning of piano teaching constitutes important point in time. It substantially determines following progression of a talented individual.
Piano teacher must not forget to look for the meaning of a musical piece through its interpretation. It is a key to focus on the tone, its color, sound, quality and sophistication.
These factors vastly influence perception and evaluation of performance. Piano technique in the broadest meaning is viewed as sum of all the methods of piano playing.
Thus it includes not only effective arm movement on the keyboard, but also sound, strength, color, solving the tectonics, agogics, relationships, proportions etc. Practicing, as a necessary part of the preparation for interpretation, has to be thoughtful, inventive, effective.
Practicing should also lead to high quality, permanent results. Generalising individual acknowledgements is allowed by the term musical thinking.
Evolving of musical creativity is linked directly to understanding and interpretation of the score, to the choice of appropriate technique, to the hearing, tactile, motoric and visual component.
