In the course, dominant psychological perspectives to gender (masculinities and femininities) will be introduced and compared. The attention will be paid to applying these psychological approaches to educational and developmental issues related to gender.
The course is organized through individual comprehensive reading of selected publications and discussions.
Students find the current articles (from IF or at least peer-reviewed journals) referring to particular topic.
Students choose for reading two books from the list of references and two articles from the list that they prepared.
The examination is based on discussion about selected books and articles.
