This course builds on the course called Introduction to Language Teaching Methodology. It gives students more theoretical knowledge of teaching methodology and language teaching methodology.
The course focuses on language skills, including methodology of validation and testing. The aim of the seminar is to introduce different possibilities of how to work with vocabulary, how to present and practise grammar.
Another aim is to show effective forms of practising the acoustic and graphical aspects of German. Moreover, students will be familiar with specific types of exercises which focus mainly on communication skills and productive forms of work with text materials.
This course will teach them to understand the assessment and classification as an integral part of teaching, including their motivation and motivating aspects. Examination 6 Credits.
