Annotation

The content of the course is a basic training of contemporary piano/violin pedagogy with an emphasis on the application of their principles in the early stages of teaching. Paino/violin teaching is not approached as a mere application of certain working methods, but as a creative artistic process in the broad sense.

The aim is to cultivate talent, stimulate students' own activities, develop their creativity. The starting point is the pedagogical experience of the students of the field.

Last but not least, the teaching also aims to broaden students' horizons of the subject matter in terms of its literature and critical views on it. Students are guided to understand the logic of the pedagogical solution of individual schools, to search for and find the most suitable principles and procedures in these schools, as well as to discover problematic or less suitable ways.

Based on the conclusions of this analysis, students formulate the optimal principles of modern instrumental teaching. Attention is paid to the creation of tone, instrumental technique, exercises, interpretation of works, issues of historically informed interpretation, preparation for public performances, etc.
