Anotace
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the cultural plurality of British and American literature of the 20th and 21st centuries as well as to develop the ability to analyse, interpret and evaluate texts. Themes:

3. Postmodernism in British Literature
4. British literature from the 1980s until today
5. 20th-century British drama
6. British poetry from the 1940s until today
7. American realism and naturalism
