The focus is on spontaneous and organized hobby activities, ways of motivating hobby activities, solving the relationship between the principle of voluntariness and pedagogical influence. The aim of the course is to enable students to understand the broader pedagogical-psychological contexts of the implementation of hobby and leisure activities. Content definition:
1. Definition of the concept of interest, the relationship of interests, needs and abilities, the question of proportionality.
2. Functions of interests and hobby activities in human life.
3. Factors influencing the development of the interests of children, youth and adults.
