The course has an experiential character and leads students to master selected psychohygienic methods and techniques that a teacher or social worker can use in practice. The focus of the knowledge part of the course lies in the issue of stress management and allows a deeper understanding of the causes, manifestations and consequences of stressful situations in everyday life. The aim of the course is to convey basic knowledge and skills in the field of modern psychohygiene. Content definition:

3. Sleep hygiene.
4. Self-knowledge and self-education.
5. Principles of psychogenic and non-psychogenic retuning of the organism.
