The course is based on reflective reading of scholarly texts related to upbringing or education. Students will carefully study the selected publications while taking elaborate notes. Students should gain deep insight into the studied issues and should be able to discuss them at length during the final colloquium. The aim of the course is to lead students to reflective reading of essential publications and sharing their findings.
1. Controlled reading – basic conception, goals, organization.
2. Principles of reading and note-taking, conspectus.
3. Reading the texts, consultations.
4. Final colloquium.
