The course focuses on the management of the educational process, i.e., on the basic activities of school leaders and builds on the subject of the Management of the Educational Process I. The attention is focused on the future and on scenarios of the school of the future, the pedagogical process in the time of digitization, and the necessary skills for effective change of management.
