Annotation

The course develops topics and knowledge of individual modules, reflects the current issues of education development and organization of the school system. Participants will deepen their knowledge and skills in specific techniques, such as coaching and mentoring.

They will learn to conduct a coaching interview based on the GROW method. They will be able to work with other coaching techniques and use them in communication-intensive situations in the working environment.

They will also adopt effective tools for self-reflection and providing descriptive feedback. In connection with the subject of managerial skills training, they will become acquainted with the specifics of team coaching, team decision-making, and team setting, all concerning the specifics of the school environment.
