Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to define basic areas in terms of leadership of workers in schools and school facilities. The starting point is the personality of the manager, his role and competence.
The next section, dedicated to management styles, enables the transition from manager to manager and the efficiency of working with them. The motivation of employees, which is necessary for their effective performance and thus achieving the goals of the organization, is not omitted.
