Annotation
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the problems of team cooperation, characterize the team and its functions, and the process and techniques of team cooperation. Building a team as a way of working with people and, in this context, effectively leading the team, its members to achieve effective performance and a healthy social climate in the workplace are discussed.
Students will be introduced to styles of leadership and management of people and performance management.
