The aim of the course is to orient students in the field of labor and school law so that they have an overview of the main legal regulations related to their practice as a kindergarten teacher - where to find how to understand them, how to apply the legislation. In particular, the following topics will be discussed:
1. Hierarchy of Law, Collection of Laws, Legal and Subordinate Standards. Amendments, current legislative issues.
2. Labor Law - Labor Code, Catalog of Works, Government Order on Wage Terms, Government Order on Determining the Scope of Direct Teaching /… / Activities. Employment contract, salary assessment. Material responsability. Holiday. Relationships in the workplace. Working order.
3. School Law - School Act, Act on Educational Staff, Decree on Kindergarten.
4. Pupil safety - case reports, case law, Civil Code, methodical instructions. Hygiene regulations, school injuries, recovery events. Minimum security standard.
