Syllabus
Témata:1) Multikulturalita, interkulturní a transkulturní přístup, resp. přístupy zabývající se rozmanitostí kulturního zázemí dětí a jejich identitou.2) Vývoj pojetí integrativních a inkluzivních přístupů v předškolním vzdělávání v širším pojetí.3) Legislativní zakotvení interkulturní výchovy v českém vzdělávacím systému; interkulturní výchova a Rámcový vzdělávací program pro předškolní vzdělávání.4) Protipředsudková výchova v mateřské škole a didaktické uchopení pedagogické práce s rozmanitostí (seznámení s vybranými didaktickými materiály pro předškolní vzdělávání: např. Persona Dolls, Carly apod.)5) Didaktické přístupy zaměřené na podporu dětí ze sociálně znevýhodňujícího prostředí (metoda Grunnlaget apod.)6) Podpora interkulturního a mezináboženského porozumění v prostředí mateřské školy; komunikace s dětmi a rodiči.
Annotation
The course focuses on the development of students' competences in the field of supporting collaborative learning in kindergarten. Students will learn about the development of the concept of integrative and inclusive approaches in preschool education in a broader sense, gain insight into the theoretical anchoring of approaches that deal with the diversity of children's cultural backgrounds and their identity (multicultural, intercultural, transcultural approach in education).
Particular attention is paid to children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and the possibilities of supporting these children and their families by teachers and pre-school institutions. The course aims to develop students' sense of justice, solidarity, tolerance and socio-cultural diversity.
It leads students to be committed to combating manifestations of intolerance, xenophobia, discrimination and racism in preschools and to be able to didactically transform these issues in their work with preschool children.
