Základy atletických činností - běh, skok, hod a hry pro jejich rozvoj
Plavecká část:
Seznámení s podmínkami, organizací, hygienou a bezpečností
Používání plaveckých pomůcek k nácviku a rozšíření plaveckých dovedností, herní prvky a činnosti, záchrana tonoucího 1-2 denní kurz:
Pohybové činnosti venku na zahradě i v přirozeném přírodním prostředí a orientace v terénu
Praktické příklady her a cvičení v přírodě pro rozvoj zdatnosti, spolupráce, řešení problémů
Práce ve skupině na zadané téma
Motivace herních situací a činností prostřednictvím písně (výuku zajišťuje katedra hudební výchovy)
Land Art, Earth Art - utváření krajiny a místa (výuku zajišťuje katedra výtvarné výchovy)
Annotation
The subject is aimed at getting to know the methodology and didactics of movement activities in the outdoor environment and the basics of movement in water. The subject includes a part of outdoor physical activities with the basics of athletic activities: development of skills - running, jumping and throwing, development of movement skills, use of games; and the swimming part, which involves getting to know the basic swimming skills and the appropriate way of teaching preschool children to swim - getting to know the conditions, organization, hygiene and safety, using swimming aids for training, game elements and activities.
Another part of the subject is organised as a 1-2 day course. In connection with theoretical knowledge, the content includes practical examples of outdoor movement activities in the garden and in the nature environment - practical examples of games and exercises in nature for the development of fitness, cooperation and problem solving, orientation in the terrain, environmental education suitable for children of preschool age.
The course in nature integrates activities from the field of aesthetic and physical education. During teaching, physical contact may occur in accordance with the correct teaching methodology and when providing rescue and assistance.
