Syllabus
V LS 2021/2022 bude výuka probíhat grupíkovou formou dle instrukcí vyučující. Konrkétní instrukce budou zaslány účastníkům kurzu e-mailem v prvním týdnu nového semestru.
Sylabus blokově pořádané přednášky (jediný blok rozdělený do dvou až čtyř sekcí dle aktuálního průběhu výuky): 1. Úvodní blok: definice jednobuněčných eukaryot (prvoků) a protistologie; historie protistologie, specifika buněčné stavby prvoků; ekologické strategie prvoků; Opisthokonta a Amoebozoa. 2. Druhá část: Excavata a SAR; význam prvoků pro člověka.
Annotation
Protistology provides its participants basic orientation in deep phylogeny of (unicellular) Eucaryota and introduces overall characteristics of all supergroups (Amoebozoa, (Arachaeplastida), Excavata, Ophisthokonta and SAR). Particular representative model organisms were chosen with regard to their subsequent usage in teaching Biology/Science on Elementary and High School, and relevance for everyday human life.
Brief introduction into history of Protistology, anatomy and morphology of unicellular organism and their ecology, ethology and physiology represent parts of this course. The course is focused on protists which are important for human and mankind (usually as pathogens, or with the usage in various industry).
